Subject Matter
Warbird Digest is a
feature based magazine.
Our goal is to cover the
people and machines of
the warbird movement.
It is important to
remember that we are not
an aviation history
magazine.. Articles
written for Warbird
Digest should not
include the history of
the aircraft type. In
other words, if you are
working on article about
a P-51 restoration,
please do not include
the history of the type
within your article. We
believe that the
majority of our readers
are well versed in the
history of the more
common combat
aircraft. Articles about
a particular airplane
covered in Warbird
Digest should include
the history of that
exact aircraft, not the
type.
We are interested in
features on recently
completed
restorations. Ideally
these features will
include multiple
air-to-air photographs
of the completed
project.
Warbird Digest is
generally not interested
in publishing articles
that are submitted to
multiple magazines.
